We spoke with Stephen about the potential to refurbish our own furniture. Having been advised of what was required, what he would do and the cost, we gave him the job. The end result we received has provided us with a finish that goes, even beyond what we possibly expected. The full suite of furniture he has totally restored inside and out. It looks brand new (but is 42 years old). Materials used are of the highest quality….inside and out (even the springs, webbing and aprons!). His workmanship is of that high a quality, I enquired as to whether he would be interested in working in conjunction with a major, national retailer. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough. From the first conversation to receiving the final pieces of furniture back was top notch. We were kept up-to-date with calls and photos of progress throughout, and received a completely brand-new looking leather suite, complete with full recolouring and ‘antiquing’ the leather as it was originally.
